Reserve your CSA share online- 

• All cards are subject to a 3.5% processing fee

Reserve your CSA share by mail-

• Print and fill out the CSA Registration Form below
• Include your check for the partial or full amount
• Confirm your email and phone number are correct on the Registration Form. We will contact you when we receive your payment and registration information. 
• Mail to: Crown Point Ecology Center, PO BOX 484, Bath, OH 44210
• If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of sending your registration info, please contact us at either [email protected] or call us at (330) 668-8992.
